Welcome to Maple Leaf Community Yoga, a boutique studio in Seattle offering Purna Yoga education. We believe that yoga is more than just a workout. Here, students learn that true health is the result of recognizing and attending to their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual needs. To support this multi-layered approach to wellness, we offer Purna Yoga classes, workshops, lectures, teacher training, apprenticeships and special events.

Our highly trained teachers offer a variety of safe, student-centered yoga classes in a non-competitive, comfortable environment. The quarterly class schedule ensures growth opportunities for everyone from beginners to experienced teachers. We believe that yoga is best learned in small groups. We therefore limit class size to seven in order to provide the best experience for each student. Here, you can expect personalized attention and a hands-on approach to learning the art and science of Purna Yoga.

A regular yoga practice provides the greatest benefits for change and growth - on all levels. We encourage students to take advantage of multiple classes, open studio time, specialized workshops, and private or semi-private instruction. Your practice will help you develop the tools needed to create more strength, balance and flexibility...in your body and in your life.
